In 2014, my right arm became sore and about a week later, my left arm followed. I have to use my arms a lot in my work at the cash till and it\u2019s demanding on the muscles and joints. The pain was so bad that I made an appointment with a doctor at the health center. I had both tennis and golf elbow in both arms. The doctor prescribed anti-inflammatory medication and gave me sick leave. Despite this, the strong pain remained and I couldn\u2019t even do chores at home. I went to several physiotherapists and masseurs but received no help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the end, I was on sick leave for three months and I had the constant nerve and muscle pain in my arms. One evening, I was surfing the internet and came across Hannu Timonen\u2019s home pages. I was absolutely weary of the bad pain and so I thought I\u2019d give Hannu\u2019s treatment a go, even though it was a long way to travel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now I\u2019ve been pain free for five years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
