Pain (TENIOPATIA) in my left Achilles tendon started last autumn after my holiday journey to the Mediterranean. The reason for my problem may have been the sandals I was using on my holiday. My heel and ankle became sore and swollen. Walking was painful. I got a prescription for painkillers and anti-inflammatory medicine, but they didn’t help at all against the sharp pain in my Achilles tendon area. Finally, I went to a doctor again, who gave me a prescription for even stronger anti-inflammatory medicine and a gel insole under my heel. It doesn’t help at all, and my pain just turned to worse.
When I had suffered for half a year, I decided to call Guru Hannu Timonen, who had cured my carpal tunnel syndrome a few years ago. Then I contacted him at the last moment, only two days before the surgical operation. Since then, my wrist has been totally well.
When I called Hannu, he told me that I have PERITENDINITIS, and three treatments should be enough. When I went to him, he said that I surely have a Peritendinitis in my foot. It means that the tendon sheath and the soft tissues around the tendon are inflamed.
The first treatment was a bit painful, but the pain was already relieved after the second one, and the swelling disappeared. Hannus’ expertise is beyond belief. After three treatments, I was totally healthy as Hannu had promised.
Now I have been totally symptom-free for over half a year. Why didn’t I remember to contact Hannu after my summer vacation? Hannu had cured me immediately, silly me.
