Det kan ocks\u00e5 vara en f\u00f6ljd av monoton anstr\u00e4ngning. Akut sm\u00e4rta f\u00f6rorsakas vanligen av en pl\u00f6tslig r\u00f6relse eller en olycka, fast\u00e4n exponeringsprocessen ocks\u00e5 kan vara l\u00e5ng. Den underliggande orsaken till en kronisk sm\u00e4rta \u00e4r ofta en medf\u00f6dd strukturell rubbning eller en l\u00e5ngvarig organisk obalans. En tidigare skada kan ocks\u00e5 vara den grundl\u00e4ggande orsaken till en kronisk rubbning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eventuella f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar och frakturer hos benen kan uppt\u00e4ckas med r\u00f6ntgen. Skada hos mellankotskivor liksom sammanh\u00e4ngande v\u00e4vnad uppt\u00e4ckes genom kontrast- och magnetr\u00f6ntgen samt genom datortomografi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lyckligtvis beror symptomen s\u00e4llan p\u00e5 strukturella defekter eller skador. De f\u00f6rorsakas tv\u00e4rtom vanligtvis av tillf\u00e4llig irritation hos nervr\u00f6tterna eller av att de uts\u00e4tts f\u00f6r tryck. Om kotlederna l\u00e5ser sig, om ledbanden och muskelv\u00e4vnaderna str\u00e4cks, uttr\u00f6ttas eller f\u00e5r kramp orsakar det irritation och att v\u00e4vnader runt nervr\u00f6tterna sv\u00e4ller och p\u00e5 det s\u00e4ttet uppst\u00e5r innervation. V\u00e4vnadernas \u00e4mnesoms\u00e4ttning och blodcirkulation f\u00f6rs\u00e4mras och mottagligheten f\u00f6r andra besv\u00e4r \u00f6kar. Monoton och sv\u00e5r muskelanstr\u00e4ngning kan i sig f\u00f6rorsaka kramp och sm\u00e4rta samt irritation i muskelf\u00e4stena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bristen p\u00e5 f\u00f6rebyggande v\u00e5rd av musklerna har en ytterst stor betydelse f\u00f6r v\u00e5ra besv\u00e4r. Grund- eller delorsak (2\/3) till symtom, \u00e4r muskelsp\u00e4nning i axlar och rygg. Under behandlingen \u00e4r massage i allm\u00e4nhet inte tillr\u00e4ckligt effektiv, inte heller f\u00e5r man \u00f6nskat resultat med kotmobilisering, utan kotorna l\u00e5ser sig snabbt igen. Orsaken till symtomen finns s\u00e4llan p\u00e5 det sjuka omr\u00e5det.
