Two years ago, I consulted a neurologist because of bad neck pain. I couldn’t turn my head and the left side of my head became numb.
The neurologist had a CT scan of my neck done. When they gave me the contrast agent needed for the scan, I lost consciousness while I was on the drip. He explained to me what was causing my pain and said it can be cured. I had his treatment four times. The first time was agonizing and the second one was quite painful, too. But the day after the second treatment, I felt like I had a new lease on life. As Hannu said, healthy muscles don’t ache when he massages them, in fact, you could fall asleep in that case. But people like that don’t need treatment. On the third time, I felt I could relax and on the fourth time, I nearly fell asleep.
Hannu gave me home instructions for maintaining my muscle condition. The instructions were for stretching and self-massage that he demonstrates in his YouTube videos.
