Hi. My name is Elena,I’m a licensed speech therapist living in St. Petersburg, Russia.
A few years ago, I started having headaches that gradually got worse and, at times, became intolerable.
I see many clients during the course of my working days, but even on the busiest ones, I stayed at home and tried to cope with the pain.
A neurologist recommended an injection, medication for a cerebrovascular accident, and neck massage. He diagnosed migraine and 0steochondrosis. But I only got temporary relief. I had an MRI as well, but there was nothing. Then I started having more pain, my movements became restricted and I had stiffness in my cervical and thoracic spine and muscle pain in my hands. My situation became urgent!
I often visit my friends in Finland and they recommended contacting a manual therapist called Hannu Timonen. He is well known especially in Scandinavia but also globally.
Hannu listened carefully to my complaints on our first appointment and promised to help me in my situation. He really reassured me. The first manipulations were very painful but then I felt comfortable in the next sessions. After four treatments, I felt vigor and a lot of strength returning and my physical mobility was back. My head became clear and I’m living a full life again.
Hannu gives detailed self-massage recommendations for further rehabilitation.
I wish Hannu health, good luck and many grateful patients.
Regards, Elena
